| The CIRCLE OF TREES STUDIO AND HOMESTEAD is a family run business dedicated to community service in the Blaine area. A sampling of the Circle's projects are: The Blaine Gardeners Market, artisan bread baking instruction for seniors and middle school students, Blaine Holiday Cookie Contest, Drayton Harbor Maritime Community Sailing School, WinterFest Art Festival, Mother's Day Art Studio Tour, Farmers of The Tide-Flats, art classes in the studio at the farm, the sale of art produced at the studio, farm stays for artists, and the use of their farm as a model of self sufficiency on a small property. Our goal is to help people in the Blaine community to be more self sufficient, to evolve a resilient economy, and to prepare people to take care of themselves regardless what changes may take place in the future. |

| The USCPAA has three distinct missions. One is to promote and preserve the unique heritage of peaceful relations between the United States and Canada. Integrating educational curricula relating to peace issues is an important part of this undertaking. The second is the perpetuation of the Peace portal and the surrounding park areas for future generations. Enhancing the serene and natural settings is the third. This is accomplished through the promotion of visual and performing arts, bringing together peoples sharing ideals of world harmony exemplified by the seamless border between the U.S. and Canada.
